At the end of June, Pirouette Ballet Studio had the great honor of welcoming the exceptional star of the Bulgarian National Ballet \u2013 prima ballerina Marta Petkova. Over the course of three intensive and inspiring days, the students had the opportunity to work under her guidance, refining their technique in classical ballet exercises and diving deeper into the art of ballet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program included learning a variation from the classical ballet Copp\u00e9lia, as well as presenting variations from their personal repertoire. The students received valuable feedback and professional guidance from Marta Petkova. For all participants, this was an unforgettable experience \u2013 a meeting that inspired, motivated, and left a lasting impression on their artistic journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of the event came on the final day, when the legendary figure of Bulgarian ballet \u2013 Acad. Krasimira Koldamova \u2013 attended the class. Her warm presence and the attention she paid to the children\u2019s work added a special touch to an already meaningful experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This remarkable opportunity was made possible thanks to our incredible artistic director \u2013 Asya Eneva, who shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn recent years, the studio has not only discovered young talent but also created opportunities for children to meet some of the most prominent names in the ballet world in Bulgaria.\nFrom my experience as a ballerina and pedagogue, I know how important it is for young dancers to meet established artists who can inspire them and give them the courage to continue pursuing the art they\u2019ve chosen! I am deeply grateful to be able to offer this to all of my students, as well as to other children who join our seminars.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
